Answer Engine Optimization. It’s how we optimize your content so AI engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google’s Gemini cite your business as the answer. We do both SEO (search engines) and AEO (AI engines).

❓ Where are you located?
Toronto, Ontario. We serve the entire GTA: Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Kitchener, Waterloo, London, and beyond.

❓ Do you work outside Toronto?
Yes. We work with clients across Canada and the US. But our specialty is local SEO for Toronto/GTA businesses.

❓ What’s your turnaround time?
Most projects: 5-10 business days. Quick wins (meta descriptions, headlines): 48 hours. Large packages (50+ blog posts): 2-4 weeks. Rush options available for an additional fee.

❓ Do I need to sign a contract?
No. No contracts. No lock-ins. Month-to-month for retainers. Cancel anytime with 7 days notice. One-time projects: you pay, we deliver, you own it.

❓ Do you offer discounts?
Yes. Buy any 3 items, get 1 free (cheapest free). Monthly retainers get 15% off per project. Refer a friend: you get $100 credit, they get 10% off.

❓ What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, credit card (via PayPal), and e-transfer for Canadian clients. 50% upfront for projects over $500. 100% upfront for smaller projects. Monthly retainers billed on the 1st of each month.

❓ Do you offer refunds?
30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with the quality, we revise at no extra cost. If you’re still not happy, full refund (minus any work already delivered).

❓ How does your process work?
1. You tell us what you need (or we help you figure it out).
2. We send a proposal + invoice.
3. You pay 50% upfront (for projects over $500).
4. We research, write, optimize, and deliver.
5. You get one round of free revisions.
6. You pay remaining 50%.

❓ Do you use AI to write content?
We use AI as a tool — never as a replacement for human writers. Every piece is researched, written, and edited by real humans. AI helps with outlines and research. Humans add voice, strategy, and quality control.

❓ Will I own the content?
Yes. 100%. You pay, you own it. No licensing. No hidden rights grabs. You can publish, edit, repurpose, or delete as you wish.

❓ Will my content rank on Google?
We optimize every piece for SEO (keywords, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, schema). Ranking depends on competition, domain authority, and backlinks. We guarantee quality. We guarantee SEO best practices. We cannot guarantee #1 ranking overnight — no one can.

❓ What is llms.txt?
A file that tells AI crawlers (GPTBot, Claude, etc.) how to read and cite your content. We include it in our AEO packages. It helps ChatGPT and Perplexity answer questions using YOUR business info.

❓ Do you guarantee AEO citations?
We optimize for AEO. We follow best practices (FAQ schema, conversational content, llms.txt). We cannot force ChatGPT to cite you — but we make it as likely as possible.

❓ How is local SEO different?
We optimize for “near me” searches, neighbourhood keywords, Google Business Profile, local schema, and location pages. Example: “plumber near me” → we help you show up.

❓ How do I get started?
